We have a basic postage and packaging charge of £3.50 for the first item(s) up to 0.5kg with additional charges guided by weight categories as set out by the british post office. These charges include free giftwrapping in organza and ribbon upon request, biodegradable bubble wrap on all items and signed for delivery on all items if possible (and economically viable).

We have tried to be as fair as possible so that customers only pay their own P&P charges according to the weight of their shopping. These charges take into consideration the gift boxes and wrapping plus best packaging materials to protect against damage during transit. All packages will need to be signed for.

We use eco- friendly jewellery boxes and office paper, biodegradable bubble wrap, brown wrapping paper, and recycle/reuse our packaging boxes and envelopes. We are always searching for eco-friendly affordable materials so if you have any useful information about this it would be greatly appreciated!
